This is a translation of the original Spanish version. If they ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.

By using Botín Gratis (the "Site") you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Botín Gratis is a free, informational service that collects and shows, in one place, public information about video games that are on a free promotion in third-party digital stores (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Ubisoft, EA, among others). The Site doesn't sell or deliver games: it only links to the stores where each promotion is claimed.

2. No affiliation with the stores

Botín Gratis isn't affiliated with, associated with, authorized by or sponsored by any of the stores or companies mentioned. All trademarks, names, logos and cover images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

3. Information is provided "as is"

The data (titles, prices, start and end dates, availability) comes from third-party sources and is refreshed periodically. It may contain errors, be out of date or change without notice. A listed promotion may have already ended or may not be available in your country. We don't guarantee accuracy, timeliness or continuity of the service, and we offer no warranty, express or implied.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party stores and services. When you follow those links you leave Botín Gratis and become subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control or responsibility. Claiming, installing or playing any game is an agreement between you and the relevant store.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botín Gratis and the people behind it won't be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, from inaccurate or outdated information, from data sources going down, or from the conduct of third-party stores or services.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Mass scraping, deliberately overloading the service and abusive automated use aren't allowed. The /api/games endpoint and the /feed.xml feed are offered as a courtesy, with no availability guarantee and subject to reasonable usage limits.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's own design, code and text belong to its owner. Cover art and images come from the stores and belong to their owners. If you're a rights holder and want us to remove content, write to us at guztavo.solar00@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly.

8. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
